Classes and Workshops
Weekly classes are a great way to discover the benefits of yoga and everybody is welcome. Classes need to be booked and paid for in advance and are booked in six week blocks. Classes are kept to a reasonable size so that I may offer everyone the attention they need. Please do get in touch if you have any questions or click on the booking link to secure your space.
Foundations of Yoga Practice
The Foundations of Yoga Practice is a weekly yoga class suitable for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or have not practiced yoga for a while or already have a regular yoga practice. Each class centres around gentle flowing movements and postures, providing a balanced introduction to yoga and the benefits for mind and body. The class ends with a deep relaxation.
This class runs on Wednesday evenings, 7.30-8.30pm at Ferring Village Hall and on Thursday mornings, 9.30-10.30am at Worthing Wow Clinic in Tarring.
Mindful Vinyasa Flow
Mindful Vinyasa Flow is a weekly yoga class suitable for all levels. It is a strengthening practice however everyone is able to find their own flow and the message is really to listen to your own body and practice at your own pace (there are guided modifications throughout). Each class centres around mindful flowing movements and sun salutations, linking movement to breath and is a moving meditation. The class ends with mindful meditation and deep relaxation.
