I teach a regular Yoga for Women Hatha yoga class on Thursday mornings which is suitable for all levels and a Monday evening Restorative Yoga for Women class which is a gentle yoga class including restorative postures and mindful meditation.
Yoga for Women
A weekly yoga class for women designed to nourish your body and mind and offer you a weekly time out to focus on YOU. This class will enable you to take care of you, to find balance, to feel grounded, at ease in your body, strong, flexible and calm, to connect to your breath and develop a mindful awareness of your body. A weekly yoga class is your gift to yourself.
Restorative Yoga for Women
A weekly gentle restorative yoga class for women designed to offer you time out to let go of stress and tension, to connect to your breath and develop a mindful awareness of your body. The class includes slow gentle flowing movements and restorative postures to calm your nervous system and enable you to deeply relax. The class ends with a mindfulness meditation & guided relaxation.
